10 Minute Mediterranean Salad Bowls

This quick salad can double as a main or side dish for a healthy dinner. It's an easy way to add lots of flavor to any occasion. For you plant based people, make the easy switch to non-dairy cheese and use either of our vegan Wunder Nuggets, Mediterranean Lentil or Turmeric Lentil, as a great source of protein. 

Ingredients:

  1. Shredded mixed cabbage, or mixed greens
  2. Tahini dressing
  3. Hummus
  4. Hot sauce
  5. Feta cheese
  6. Your choice of Wunder Nuggets

Mediterranean Salad Bowl with Wundernuggets

Method:

  • Get your favorite cute looking bowls out
  • Place the greens
  • Warm Wunder Nuggets in a toaster or conventional oven for 7-8 minutes, or until crunchy on the outside
  • Place the hot Wunder Nuggets on the greens
  • Serve with a dollop of hummus, tahini drizzle and feta cheese
  • For an added kick, drizzle your favorite hot sauce on top!
