This quick salad can double as a main or side dish for a healthy dinner. It's an easy way to add lots of flavor to any occasion. If you're looking for a plant based meal, simply use non-dairy cheese and either of the vegan Wundernuggets options, Minty Lentil or Tumeric Lentil, as a great source of protein.
- Shredded mixed cabbage, or mixed greens
- Tahini dressing
- Hot sauce
- Feta cheese
- Your choice of Wundernuggets

- Get your favorite cute looking bowls out
- Place the greens
- Warm Wundernuggets in a toaster or conventional oven for 7-8 minutes, or until crunchy on the outside
- Place the hot Wundernuggets on the greens
- Serve with a dollop of hummus, tahini drizzle and feta cheese
- For an added kick, drizzle your favorite hot sauce on top!
