The functional ingredients in Turmeric Lentil Wunder Nuggets (turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon ..) are so helpful to boost up your immune systems, especially when combined with other complementary foods.
- 1 cup plain coconut yogurt or dairy yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
- 2-3 springs of fresh dill OR 1/2 tsp dried dill leaves
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Store in airtight container - it can be fresh for two weeks
