Easy Peasy Cheesy Vegan Quesadilla


These quick, plant based quesadillas with a tasty addition of vegan protein are the perfect healthy snack for kids! 


All you need is:


  • Warm a griddle to medium heat
  • Bake Wunder Nuggets for 7-8 minutes in a toaster or conventional oven
  • Crumble them up in a bowl using a fork and knife 
  • Warm the tortilla on the griddle - optional, put some butter or oil on both sides for a better outer crunch
  • Spread the queso on one half 
  • Sprinkle the crumbled Wunder Nuggets 
  • Add some more queso on top
  • Fold over the other half of the tortilla
