It's Meatless Monday again! and its time to share plant-based meal ideas that can be your go-to for a healthy lunch or a wholesome dinner.  You would love this bowl if you are vegan and are looking for ways to add some protein to your diet.

Introducing the 'Deconstructed Falafel Wrap'. Its called deconstructed because it was difficult to contain all the goodness into one wrap! This delicious bowl is loaded with veggies and Mediterranean Lentil Wunder Nuggets.



Lemon vinaigrette 
Roasted smoked paprika cauliflower
Crispy turmeric chickpeas
Diced red bell pepper
Minty Lentil Wunder Nuggets

Cooking Method:

1. Cook Minty Lentil Wunder Nuggets for 8 minutes in a conventional toaster oven at 400 degrees. 
2. Ready all the veggies and toss them all together
