Plant-Based WunderBites Falafel Pizza
Who doesn't love pizza night? And better yet, vegan pizza night! Make the ultimate plant-based pizza featuring Mediterranean Falafel WunderBites and delicious veggies.
This recipe is so simple and takes less than 20 min to make. Impress all your friends with the best plant-based falafel pizza.
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-baked pizza crust
- 1/2 cup marinara
- 1/2-3/4 cup vegan cheese (mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/2 sliced bell pepper
- 4-5 Wunderbites Mediterranean Falafel
- handful of Finely chopped spinach
- 1 sliced green chilli or jalapeno (deseed)
- Chilli flakes for topping
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread the sauce and top it with cheese and prepared vegetables evenly. Add WunderBites and bake it for 10-12 mins or until crust is crisp and browned.
- Slice and serve hot.
