This is my most favorite and most used spice in the kitchen. Why? Because it can be used in multiple cuisines, middle eastern, mexican, Indian, and sometimes, Chinese and American! Whoa, that's a bit ambitious, you might think? Absolutely not.
I love this dish, because just thinking of it, you could smell the freshly made ghee in the air, the yummy preparations that come after. Ghee just elevates the flavor profile of the simplest of ingredients to a higher level, you have to cook with it to know!
