“As a mom you start caring about what you are putting in your body and you become very cognizant of what your kids and husband are putting into their bodies,” she said. “It can be a constant battle to get them to eat their vegetables everyday, so I need to figure out how to put vegetables into chicken nuggets.”
Reddy thought if she could create nuggets that were made of vegetables and chicken and were not deep fried or breaded, that would be the ideal option.
