Here's how to make this craving-crushing dish yourself.

Truffle WunderEggs Salad Sandwich with plant-based bacon


For truffle vegan egg salad filling: 

- 3 tablespoons TJ vegan truffle aioli
- 1 tablespoon cashew yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vegan mayo
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 WunderEgg halves
- Black salt, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garnish, optional

For pickled vegan bacon topping: 

- 2 Hooray Plant-Based Bacon strips
- 1 WunderEgg half
- Pickled cabbage, to taste
- Microgreens, to taste


    1. Chop half of a cup of pickles and two WunderEgg halves into small pieces and set them aside.
